The monthly fee covers the entire technical provision including storage space, backup, updates and new features.
The price covers the number of companies and contexts booked. Additionally, you can add an unlimited number of users.
No, there is no installation fee.
We can help with the set-up of content in foxondo. Let us know if this might be of interest to you.
The shortest subscription possible is 1 month, because foxondo can be cancelled monthly.
So feel free to test foxondo – you really can’t go wrong.
Important note: We bill semi-annually in advance. If you decide to cancel foxondo you will of course be reimbursed for any overpaid months.
There is no user limit in foxondo. You can add as many users as you like.
For an additional company or context we charge € 49 per month each (plus VAT).
Working with foxondo is so easy that you hardly need any training. foxondo is simple & intuitive to use and you don't really need any introductory training. However, if you would still like this at the start, we will of course be happy to set this up for you.
And help is also available in the form of written instructions and a manual.
Since software already on the market all work somewhat differently, an automatic import is unfortunately not yet possible.
However, we are happy to offer our support or complete your transfer for you for an additional fee. Just let us know.
Of course. We offer a non-binding 30-day free trial. Let us know and we will get back to you shortly with log-in details.
If you would like to keep using foxondo after the trial period you do not need to start from scratch. You can keep using the data you have entered.

The data is stored with our hosting providers in Germany or the EU. Of course, there are data processing agreements with our service providers (and where required also the new EU standard contractual clauses).
The connections are encrypted (https) and complex passwords are ensured technically.
In the application itself, personal data or other data which should be protected is processed only to a limited extent (essentially user data and occasional names in documents or similar).
You can export current content and all documents at any time: Questions and answers in Word, Excel and PDF and currently visible documents as well as documents that have already been archived are made available as a structured ZIP file.
foxondo will securely delete the data in the application after the end of the contract in accordance with the data processing agreement.
