Yes. After a non-binding product presentation, we will be happy to grant you and your team a free 30-day trial access.
The connections are encrypted (https) and complex passwords are technically secured.
Only a small amount of personal or other sensitive data is processed in the application itself (mainly user data and occasional names in documents or similar).
Since all of the software programmes offered work slightly differently, automatic import is unfortunately not yet possible.
However, we are happy to offer our support or take care of the entire transfer for you for an additional fee.
We are also happy to perform a quality check of your content. Just get in touch with us to discuss this option.
The data is stored by our hosting providers in Germany or the EU. Naturally, we have data processing agreements in place with our service providers (and, where necessary, EU standard contractual clauses).
In addition to the main context of data protection, ISMS (information security according to ISO 27001 and ISO 27019 for energy suppliers), quality management (ISO 9001) and the current VDA ISA catalogue for TISAX certification can also be documented.
You can export current content and all documents at any time: questions and answers in Word and Excel, and documents as structured ZIP files.
You can delete your data yourself at any time (this requires administrator rights). Otherwise, your data will be securely deleted by us in the application after the end of the contract in accordance with the agreement on data processing.
